My 2011 Prius needed a new 12 Volt battery. I made an appointment, Paul tested my old battery, and he installed a new battery in less than 30 minutes. Boulder Hybrids installed a Toyota OEM battery, and even agreed to buy back the battery within 10 days if it didn't solve the strange error messages on my dashboard. Paul is very helpful and quite knowledgable, and he saved me about $50 compared to Boulder Toyota. I'll be back!
