Really awesome service - Prius in for battery replacement and oil change and they really went through the car and found a number of other potential issues I need to keep an eye on. It's obvious they know hybrids very, very well.
Paul was very straightforward explaining the options and various issues so that I could make a good decision, and he compromised on cost so that we could actually get a more reliable set of batteries because we live out of state.
I would absolutely use this shop as my go-to mechanic if I lived closer!
