New Emissions Tests for Hybrid Vehicles
As of January 2, 2015, most Hybrids vehicles in Colorado that are 8 years old or older will require an emissions test.
(unless you live in a county where NO vehicles require an emissions test).
The right side of your registration renewal postcard will state if you require the test.
